Internal Revenue Service
We worked with a prime contractor, PTG International to provide data-gathering and analysis software in support of Integrated Training, Evaluation, and Measurement Services (ITEMS), a project of the Internal Revenue Service. ITEMS collects instructor, employee, and management feedback for over 16,000 courses annually through a variety of modes:
- Optical mark reading
- Online questionnaires
- Voice response systems
It provides numerous fixed and interactive reports and analysis tools to IRS management online.
